I have used Gersters for all my jewelry repair needs. They have fantastic service and great prices. I recently had an engagement ring re-sized- it took less than 24 hours and only cost $20. This is compared to the over $100 estimates and 2-week time frames that I recieved from larger jewlers. The competitors were going to send it out because they didnt have equipment to work with white gold. Gersters did everything in-house and threw in a free cleaning. Summary: Amazing service, definitely recommend.

My fiance had my engagement ring custom made here! I get SO many compliments. The ring is a replica of the Mark Schneider collection "Mystic" similar to what they have at Wedding Day. They have great custom service, prices you cant resist and they work with you! Jim is such a nice - honest guy! I recommend everyone going to Gersters over any other big ring franchise! Just stop in and get a quote. Doesnt hurt! :)

Jim is a nice, straight-forward guy. They made my wedding set years back and saved us $2000 in addition to providing a higher quality diamond. They carry mainly g's and h's...nothing with that tinge of yellow you find at other jewelers...and we went to all of them. We just bought my anniversary ring...so happy we went back. Don't waste money on a jewelery brand name.
