I went in to get a few things and the girl who claimed to be the manager was very rude and not customer oriented. I was getting my pictures that i order and she asked me for my id, I called my name to her and my pictures were laying on the top pale. I told her I have never been id to pick up my photos and she said "maam she can get out of my store" I told her I was not leaving and the store does not belong to her, she replied " I am the manager so I want you to leave my store or I am calling the cops" I reminded her that I was the customer and she had no customer service skills and I was going to write a review she wasnt to bother by that. She called the cops and the female officer told her that there was not reason to call. When the officer talked to me she knew I wasnt a rude or inappropriate person by any means the officer apologize to me and told me that the people working in the store see a lot of mean customers. I say that light skinned girl is the problem and not anyone else she is rude and thinks she owns the store. Hey Walgreens heres a piece of advice if you are going to someone to manage one of your stores, send them to customer service training or make sure they have customer service background. I will not go back there.

Employees at the 7700 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park Walgreens are wonderful, compassionate and helpful!!! Those that complain of slow service may not know whats going on behind the scenes or perhaps came by during peak times. Perhaps that customer or the employee is having a hard day. Show compassion and you get compassion! In my experience, they all generally go above and beyond!!! Kudos to all Walgreens awesome employees!!!! Yvonne G

Terribly slow service. Management came up to the front to help with the register that was out of change but did not add anybody else that was working in the store to help check out a line of almost 10 people... the quality of employees here is extremely low. Avoid at busy times and late as well. Actually avoid all times unless you absolutely have to.

Thank you for the great customer service!! I bought some frozen items but the bus was behind schedule. Without me asking the clerk asked If I needed the frozen stuff to be put back in the freezer and they kept it in the freezer until the bus arrived. So she put the ice in the freezer until the bus arrived.
