Very good vision center. I had a problem with my childs frame and another Costco vision center was very rude and said it was my childs fault. I went to the Gaithersburg Costco, and the person there were friendly, and asked no questions when they noticed that it was less than a few months old. They ordered a new replacement just like that. Will definately avoid the other Costco in Frederick, and go to the Gaithersburg one.

Staff never answer the phone this department is impossible to reach even during work hours. I am still waiting and it been close to a month to get contacts that should have taken two weeks.

So slow. Staff very slow and I waited for over 20 minutes to pick up my glasses. A long line for optical services but too few staff.
