DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ---------------------- I visited this place and Dr. Kellner seemed fine. Upon leaving I was rudely berrated by the ugly old lady in front. She has a reputation for pushing customers into selling. I politely declined and asked for my prescription. A couple months later (after moving) I tried to get my prescription filled elsewhere. Unbeknownst to me, the woman wrote a bogus script which an optometrist couldnt understand. She then called over to Dr. Kellners office and the woman that runs the front became rude and said it was some custom RX that only their office could order. Frustrated, the optometrist hung up and told me to call the state. They are illegally withholding, or manipulating peoples RX such that you have to order through them. Dr. Kellner acts ignorant to this, and in my opinion is guilty by association. That womans repuation is reflected in many other reviews (see ZocDoc etc.). DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Horrible. Customer Service - equipment - professionalism - cleanliness - deceitful - not caring - greedy. WALMART IS CHEAPER - MORE PROFESSIONAL - AND NEWER EQUIPMENT DO NOT GO HERE. WALMART WALMART- and they will give you your prescription if you would rather have designer glasses. If you have an ACTUAL EYE ISSUE i recommend NOT to go here. At Walmart eye centers Eye exam (including the Contact exam) is $99.00 and their equipment is much more up to date. I could write an extensive review and should report these guys to the better business Bureau due to my awful experience. I will promote WALMART instead. As the equipment here is outdated, the prices for the exams are outrageous in comparison (even with the groupon - which is a total CON to obtain business).

Went in just for and eye exam. But ended up purchasing $300.00 pair of reading glasses. No brand name. After I picked up my prescription I had to wait till they adjusted the lenses. The next day while cleaning them one of the lenses came off. I took them back and after battling with the owner I got 50% refund. Terrible customer service . Avoid this place at all costs.

Great place! The staff was very pleasant and professional, the optician was very knowledgeable and helpful. she helped me picked out a frames that suite my face and explained to me all the options I had for my lenses and what my insurance covered. all in all it was a great experience and i would definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends and family!

My experience at this office was so easy. They took my insurance and the optician was able to walk me through which frames worked for me. They are so friendly and they want to make sure that youre eyes taken care of. Top notch service at great prices.

Tried to scam me into buying a pair of "designer" glasses and when I refused they were incredibly rude. The place is also totally run down. Definitely dont go here.

It was awful. They offer you CHEAP eyeglasses, mostly (more than 90%) made in china, with price range between $250~$400.
