Definitely the worst eye doctor I have ever seen! I made an appointment at 1:00 today and I arrived there 10 minutes early to make sure that all the paperwork are filled out before my appointment. Then I found out that there is no route paperwork. They dont care nothing about the previous eye conditions! The only thing I get is half piece of paper that make you give the doctor permission to charge you and the insurance company! Yet this is just the beginning of the story. The place is extremely small that you can hear everything in the room, including the conversation between the patient and the doctor! There is another patient seeing the doctor while I wait. And apparently she has a lot to discuss with the doctor including her nail polish and how her kids are doing at school, which makes me waited for about 20 minutes! Well, this is my first time realize the doctor might make you wait other than the reason that he is busy with his work! However, I told myself to not mind, and eventually they finished their fun conversation and I thought the doctor would finally have time to treat me. And the most ridiculous part happens, when the doctor escort the previous patient out, (he has to pass me since the place is so small), he managed to not make eye contacts or not even think about saying hi to me. He just pretended that I was not there and went into his room. And then I heard that he turn on the radio/TV! i waited for another 10 minutes and eventually the receptionist/nurse, who is also an early year student in nursery school, realized that I have been waiting for too long, and he decide to move me to another place! Yes, I still havent got the chance to see the doctor! I was totally shocked and decide to leave because I dont trust him with my eyes. My suggestions to this doctor (if he really have a license) would be: get a bigger room, at least large enough so that you new patient wont figure out you are making them wait for no good reason!)

Dr. Borsuk is my eye doctor for the last 5 years, however Im thinking about looking for someone else. I always noticed that for some reasons he is not very welcoming when I meet him. However today it was just ridiculous. I came to the office in the morning to replace a nosepad on my glasses. Doctor was not in the office so I was told to wait for 10 min. Another guy walked in shortly after me. He said to receptionist that he needs his glasses adjusted. When doctor walked in he promptly and friendly greeted that man making all effort to not to look at me even though I was sitting there and looking at him. Then he sent receptionist to ask me what I need. After that guy left doctor walked out with my glasses again without saying hello or anything like that. Well I dont know what to think - I always pay my bills on time and the only thing that distingishes me from that other guy is that I look asian. Now Im thinking about looking for other eye doctor.

This is a good doctor. The facility is also good. The doctor spends reasonable amount of time with you and tries to answer most of the questions. Frame selection is just OK. Doctor need a bit more experience and fast turn-around for glasses.

Great doctor! He is very thorough in his eye examinations. He remembers little things about me to start small talk. This makes me feel welcome. His office is small and most frames are expensive.

I think this doc is very good. He is open to natural vision improvement which is rare. He does have a more thorough eye exam. I find him to be very friendly and helpful.
