I live out of town and had flowers delievered to my mother for her birthday. i left specific instructions to "leave on doorstep if no one is home" and also, they had my contact info. however, the delievery person decided to leave them at a nieghbors. i did NOT request that for a specific reason. SO, rather than take the extra effort to contact the buyer (me) for some direction - they made their own POOR decision. my mother didnt get her flowers on her birthday and now she has to HUNT DOWN day old flowers... not what you want to do to recieve a birthday gift. I called and spoke with some nasally-voice woman on the phone about this poor decision....and she never even offered an apology. just said "well thats what we do" in a very snooty manner. i am VERY dissapointed in the service and extra dissapointed in the customer service on the phone. I will not be using this florist AGAIN. and you shouldnt either if you want reliable delievery. THUMBS DOWN

They were so kind and helpful. I needed a corsage but knew they usually need to be ordered ahead of time. I just went in looking for any idea that had flowers and would suffice. They were nice enough to make one for me on the spot! (Which Im sure is not always possible). My little girl was so exited to have it for her first dance. She was amazed and I looked like a champ! Above and beyond!
