The selection in the store is good. The self-checkout lines can be pretty long at times, they seem to only have 3 or 4 actual cashiers working especially in the evening. The cleanliness of the store good, could be better but its usually very good. I never see expired items on the shelves.The management is very nice, the employees there can be very helpful. The deli counter is an area of improvement because some of the ladies back there do not like to help. They like to talk amongst themselves and act like they dont see you so you have to be abrupt to get there attention.

I really love this Giant in Glenridge Shopping Center. I shop at this location frequently. A few months ago, I had a problem with my bakery order and I was very upset about it. The Manager Alaine came and helped me to figure things out. She was very professional, kind, nice, and she is a great Manager! Alaine is the type of Manager that I aspire to be someday. This Giant is very clean, the food is fresh, and the staff are all friendly.

Staff is not friendly. You can never get the baguettes. The staff at the deli never can help you right away. I was there for 30 minutes for just salami and ham. Carla of the deli is always with attitude and don change her gloves. I have seen eating before slicing my meat! Very disappointed store. The cashiers have attitude when you bring your WIC book or check...

Regret going there had worse experience ever.cashier treated me as ignorant person.only cuz I got wrong things from wic.even looked for a Spanish speaking person to explain me didnt let me talked only cuz Im latina till manager got there I explain her what was going on later cashier tried to walk aways saying that i was giving her a hard time and she was tired.

My shopping experience at Giant today on 450 in Lanham Md. was EXCEPTIONAL my cashier Morgen is a sweetheart. The Produce guys were wonderful, attentive and very personable. I got everything I went for and a few I didnt and saved over $30.
