The pharmacist on duty today at 4:15pm (black mid 30s didnt look at his name tag) needs reeducation on narcotic prescriptions. Current law requires narcotic scripts to be filled within 120 days of being written. I tried to explain this to the pharmacist, who insisted I was wrong, and wouldnt fill my Rx for Ritalin, which I only use as needed and the script was written about 110 days ago. It is disturbing that the pharmacist isnt up to date with regulations, and concerning in regard to how he may practice in other aspects of his job. For my own safety, I wont be filling prescriptions here anymore, in case the lack of education extends to the actual medication production. I strongly urge anyone reading this to follow suit.

Been using this CVS location for close to 5 years. The pharmacy has gone completely downhill over the last year. Service times are very slow. They dont keep to their time commitments. Been giving this location numerous chances over the last few months to see if things would improve but they have not. Some of their pharmacy staff are very nice but some have very poor customer service skills and come across as very rude. Moved all my business over to a different company due to the consistent level of poor service.

I shop at the CVS on Falls Road in the Hampden/Roland Park section of Baltimore. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. The selection is a little less than the larger CVS stores, but they usually have what I need. I like that they are open 24 hours because sometimes you need something at 2 a.m. and dont want to spend your money on the over-priced items at 7-11!

CVS is clean and well organized. Service is good, employees seemed friendly and helpful. The only problem I have had is that they are ALWAYS running out of the items they have on sale in their ads. This is probably true of every CVS in America, but I wish the company would realize that if they put it on sale, people will buy it!! Get more stock!
