I bought some cosmetics (over 100 $) and the next day I went back to return some of it. The assistance manager arked the reason , I told him that :somes wrong colors, somes over buy. He said which one of this is which in the recieve that I like to return.I said I do not know ( It is his job to do it.),and then he said he refused to return those things for me because the store policy has been change he can refuse the return. I have not heard such thing like this before and most of all he was very nasty treatment to the customer.I will never go back to this one again.

Very bad store staff here. Several years ago, I wanted to print some photos from my memory card, they told me I need to wait for 30 minutes, so I looked around this store and bought several items from this store, but the cashier saw me kept staying in that store for over 20 minutes, so they called police, although the police did not take any actions, but I am very angry about it. And the cashier forgot to give me the biggest picture, I checked in the car and went back to get it, the cashier did not say sorry, I do not like this store and hope it closes soon.

The pharmacy staff here was very rude. I spoke with the pharmacy manager, who was unwilling to help me change my prescription over to their store. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else! Interrupted me and wouldnt listen when I called her back to let her know how she could transfer my script to their store! Something she should have taken the initiative to do in the first place! Very disappointed! The store in Parkville has much better customer service!

The manager Tom and Brookes are the rudest and very nasty, taking the side of a fellow customer who got in the middle of a conversation I was having with an employee, she would not shut her face, so I had police called on me when someone else started the whole thing, other staff also got involved and was being prejudice towards me. NEVER do business here, they clearly dont care about their business.

Someone in this location let a person who stole my CC # buy over 460 dollars worth of items! How would that large of a purchase not make someone think they should check ID!?!?!

The staff was polite and courteous but the pharmacy prices were more than 3 times the price as the SAME PRESCRIPTION I got at CVS!
