I just left this Walgreens and Im sort of scratching my head at what just happened. Here is the scenario. Had a question for a manager. Approach front desk. One couple is at the counter getting rung up. Not busy. Two young male employees at the registers. I ask one if he was a manager. Employee: "No I am not" as he walks by me and towards the back of the store. I start to walk behind him as he speaks to me over his shoulder, still walking away from me. Me: "Can I speak to one?" Employee: "They are in the back, and I am helping a customer" Ok..so you are busy. I can respect that. Me: "I can wait. Can I speak to one when they are available?" Employee: "Yeah hold on" and he goes into the back room. About 3 minutes goes by. Same employee comes out...looks at me with frustration on his face. Employee: "What do you want?" Me: "I want to speak to a manager". Employee: "But what do you need?" Me: "Id like to speak to a manager" Employee: "They are in the back working and I have to help these customers" At this point..all I can think is "Wow" which I say out loud. Me: "This is crazy, I cant speak to a manager?" as he still walks away from me and towards the front down a different aisle as I hear... "Sorry Sir"... Mind Blown. Never have I been denied the oppurtunity to talk to a manager. Surely you werent too busy with one customer, one which the other employee was already helping, that you couldnt say to your manager "There is someone who wants to talk to you when you get a chance" or tell me "Give me one second sir and I will get them for you". I would have been totally understanding and waited my turn to speak to a manager. Instead it was "What do I want?", "What do I need?" by someone who was A) Not helpful and B) Not a manager. There was one other customer in the store at the time. They were not busy...and like I said..I would have been more than understanding to wait. So long story short. Bad customer service. Smug employee who seemed flustered over nothing and completely unwilling to help me...He either went into the back and said nothing to the manager and came out seeing me and got annoyed I wanted something he wasnt willing to help me with, or he told the manager and they told him to ask me what do I want. Either way, completely unprofessional on all fronts and I will not be returning to this Walgreens. I wasnt asking for the world...just a Manager.

Horrible experience, one cashier(Malik) was attending to me and rung me up "with a smile." I thought it was awesome service, but then I see my mom exiting the store in tears and I ask her whats wrong and she says:" the same cashier said that my money was fake, accusing me of fraudulent money." (I knew it was real money cause I checked it afterwards) I go inside with the same cash and bought a soda and some gum. To the same cashier, he took my money as if it were real, not even looking at it once. I was so confused, one second he says the money is fake then another, he accepts it.

They dont have a good selection of pediatric medicines or supplies compared to CVS across the street, but they seem to sell every brand of cigarettes and junk food in the world. Try CVS across the street (added benefit of a liquor store next door).

The pharmacist asked if the hospital was still open when my gf took the prescription in, since I am in bed and unable to drive. What kind of bone head question is that. A Hospital never closes.

Unprofessional staff. Not even worth a complete review.
