I took my dog here to get his nails clipped. A simple, easy task. Hes had his nails clipped many times and is very well behaved for groomers. Ive always taken him to Petco but we just moved so I decided to try PetSmart. When I saw that he was done, I walked back over and the groomer told me he was being too difficult so she asked her manager to give me a partial refund. The groomer acted as if she didnt feel like doing the task; not that my dog had been too difficult. His nails looked like she didnt even attempt to clip them yet I only received a few dollars back. I am extremely disappointed. Take your pets elsewhere.

Took my dogs to be groomed end of March first of April time frame. Didnt look like they bathed them, looked like a 5 minute cut, nothing done to the face. Asked that they did the anal glands as requested bc it was not marked on exit sheet , they swore they did. Took dog to the vet the following week, vet did anal glands and ran out all over the place. Would never return to dunkirk petsmart. Very expensive for four hour lousy careless job

My furbaby loved going there and the workers were so nice and friendly. Also I have take my furbaby to different petsmart grooming salons and not one but the Dunkirk salon has ever called me to 1. Check on my furbaby and 2. Call to see if I am ready to get my furbaby groomed again. Its a little ways from my house but I dont care this is where I will be bringing my furbaby from now on.

This Petsmart location has the best grooming shop. I have been so happy taking my dog, Timmy Johnson, there for bathing and grooming. The staff is so good with the dogs and very knowledgeable about grooming and pet care. My favorite groomer is Amanda, Timmy Johnson seems to be very comfortable with her. It is a very clean location compared to other locations.

The cashier was very respectful she helped me get my coupons on the online app which I did not have sheer and me right through it I have had a good experience every single time Im gone into this PetSmart

I take my two white shepherds here for a bath and nail grinding. These girls are always kind to my dogs . I love the little report cards at the end. Thank you all.

They have great stuff and love going there,different stuff then petco but the staff and managers are so rude.
