the lady who we dealt with was rude to me and my son. as i was waiting for the customer ahead of me, my 2 year old was playing with the teddy bears they had on display and she yelled at him and he cried so i sat down to calm him down and she, in a very rude voice, said "if you are ACTUALLY going to buy something, just pick it out and get it. i dont care if he cries." i had already picked out my arrangement and was only waiting for the person ahead of me....there are 36 other edible arrangements in maryland and i would rather go to ANY of those before i go back to that one.

I cannot believe this place. On Valentines Day, they turn off their phones an hour early so you cannot directly call the location for order status, AND they dont show up to deliver an arrangement I ordered for my husband. Then when you call the 1-800 number, you get a call center which has NO access to contact the store, only to send them an email, and on top of that, each person tells you something different. I will NEVER deal with the Dundalk, MD location again. They are worthless.

I used this business twice, the first this past Valentines day and just recently for my anniversary. I had great personable service each time. The staff, including the owner were very professional and helpful in helping me complete my purchase. Delivery was right on time and friendly. When i made my Valentines day purchase for my wife i was past the deadline, but they "squeezed" my order in which was a life saver! Thanks again, Dave.

Nasty and unprofessional very ignorant to my wife and me at mothers day. Dont know if it was because we were white but the black lady upfront is a nasty rude person and was threatening, will talk with the bbb about this place.

Spent 190 dollars got the basket home and they did what they wanted to do! what was suppose to be dipped wasnt charging for services they did not do! The big black winch is so rude.. Its really a ghetto mess!
