Deborah K. (the manager) was incredibly helpful and understanding for my fiancée and myself, who were apprehensive about the whole "ring shopping" process. She made everything straightforward and easy, making the process quick and painless. She answered all my questions, and even called me to warn me about an upcoming price increase so if I wanted to I could make my purchase before the price went up! I will most certainly return to this store and purchase jewelry from Deborah - shes the best.
