Worst most astounding customer service experience ever. Dont leave your phone with them for data transfer. You may come back hour later to find they needed a password, then 20 minutes later upon completion of transfer find... nothing was transferred! No explanation. No apology. No understanding of frustration and loss of 1.5 hours of your day to get...NOTHING done. Most unknowledgeable staff including manager ever. How its possible they run a store is beyond explanation.

Great store, MUCH better than the one on North Avenue in Elmwood Park. These guys were extremely professional, knew what they were talking about and helped me pick out the right phone since my LGG3 stopped working on me. Heck, the employees even offered me water and other beverages while I was waiting for my phone to finish! Shout out to William for helping me through the process, the LG X Power was a great choice!

Messed up the screen protector I just bought and wouldnt replace it. Even after mentioning they suck at putting them on. Now I got a $300 repair to pay for. Was more than happy to push the free VR headset promotion and then forgot to give me a receipt a day before the promotion ends.
