Dr. Kathy Delgadillo is a great eye doctor. She is not only knowledgeable, but very helpful and nice. My husband and I never feel rushed and she has helped us with several eye issues. She takes an interest in her patients and looks out for their best. She helps you pick out the right frames too which a lot of places just pass off to the office staff. That was important to my husband who has a major astigmatism. I agree that you can have good and bad experiences with the office staff (ours were mostly good) but to us, its the doctor that counts. I highly recommend her.

Our entire family sees Dr. Delgadillo. She is fantastic! She is very thorough with her exams and has a great personality. She really cares about her patients. The office staff has always been helpful and nice. Definitely not the cheapest place to go for frames BUT Ive gone to less expensive places and the glasses fall apart or the doctor/service isnt as good so to me its worth it.

The doctor was great, definatly is very knowledgeable, the sales staff is very pushy, the eye glasses are very expensive, dont nod at the sales staff b/c they will start charging up your card! See the doctor and call 1800 contacts!

I have been going here for a few years now and I love the doctor but Sam, the receptionists is horrible. She is rude and so not helpful when picking out glasses. Terrible customer service skills.
