Guy at the counter reluctantly looked over my way as if I was invisible. I told him I bought car battery on the website, and like to have it installed on my Honda Odyssey (I called earlier and was told they install car batteries). After looking at my car, he told me it would require "labor"... yeah, right... to remove a plastic cover and replace the battery... He never looked like he wanted to help, and didnt even seem to care. NEVER go back again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, the guys working at this location are total jerks, they are so unhappy with their jobs, you can tell by just walking in the store, they do not want to help, they are lazy, and worst of all they barely have "advance auto parts"..any other auto parts store is better then this unpleasant place!!!

Terrible customer service, was told by employee that if I didnt like what they were saying I could leave, the general manager just walked away when his employee started being disrespectful. I wont be taking my business there anymore.

Found what I needed for my car, with the help of Damian and Jason. Solid store, they even let me check out the Haynes Manual without buying the book, since I already have it. They really know their stuff, thanks gentlemen.

2 guys on duty with an empty store refuse to do a check engine. What is the point of them even advertising they check if their employees dont wanna check it. Useless!
