I have been going to this doctor for several years and have had many problems with their attitude. They were rude when my insurance did not pay them as promptly as they liked and wanted me to call on their behalf. And now that I am without insurance and had a simple question the doctor refused to help me without an office visit (which would have cost upwards of $150) when it would have been a 5 min maximum consultation not a full eye exam. They put on a nice front for their customers but all they care about is money. They are losing customers in this economy and are desperate. Watch out.

I had a very pleasant visit with Clarendon Eye Associates, they not only helped me find a pair of frames that I liked, and even though they did not have the frame that I wanted in stock they were able to get them for me. They also pointed out that I should routinely dilate my eyes, which lens-crafters has never done with me before. I was in and out very quick, and they handled all of my insurance needs. They are very respectful of my time and my money. Im glad that I had a full inspection of my eyes by Charlie Philippou.

This place really gives you expertly and personal service. I had difficulties with my progressives and wanted a specific kind of frame and they really helped me with the right prescription and ordering what I was looking for. I am very happy with my new glasses.
