Doctors are fabulous here and highly recommended. They both deserve 5 stars. Although this is my third time getting glasses at this location, it will probably be my last. Both times previously, I had my glasses within an hour, and my husband had his transitions lenses by the next day. This time, I opted for transitions lenses as well. I paid--almost $500 after very good insurance--and only THEN was told that my glasses wouldnt be ready for several days. I specifically asked when they would be ready before paying, because I wanted the glasses before I left on vacation. A "few days" would have been fine, but as it turns out, they wont be ready until several days after I planned to be enjoying myself on the beach. If proper communication had been employed here, I would have made other arrangements. Perhaps I could have gone to a different location? Perhaps I could have picked them up at a location in Florida? But no. Now Ill have a blurry, headach-y view of the waves. And Ill be waving byeeeeeeeee to this place.

Decided I would try some progressive lens for use on the computer. Service reps never told me the place is out of network. My fault. I should have checked. Moved forward with a purchase of the new glasses anyways out of desperation. Two weeks later, was called and told my glasses were ready. Went a week later around lunch to pick them up. Waited for 35 minutes being told someone will help me - just sit here. Well at the 35 minute mark, I walked out. A week later, I picked them up no problem. The service rep was nice and friendly. Tried out the new glasses on computer at work and everything was a blur - no help at all were the new progressive glasses, so I returned them for full refund. Take my review for what its worth. I think Ill try somewhere else.

This place sucks. I too waited about 45 minutes to an hour to get fitted. The person doing the fitting went to ask if the type of lens would work with my Rx and they said yes, then a week later they called and said it had to be changed. It was a lower cost so I would get money back and they wanted my credit card number over the phone, I said no, can I do it when i pick them up. She replied of course that is fine. Two weeks later I called to ask where my glasses were, she replied let me look Ill call you back in 20 minutes. Three hours later they called and said they found my frames??? I asked when they would be done and I got no answer! Two days later I get a call saying I have to come to get the refund before they can even order the glasses.

I had an appointment for 2:20. I did not get out of there until 3:45. Absolutely ridiculous. Typically appointment should only be about 30 mins. I didnt see anyone until 2:45. They did the pre exam, which took 10 minutes. Then I proceed to wait another 15 mins until I saw the eye doctor. What is the point of an appointment if you dont keep it. I waited there almost as long as I was waited upon. This was not the only issue I had. This was the issue I chose to write about.

Dr. Wojcik is the absolute best. She is patient, informative, and never rushes me during my appointment. My whole family sees her for our vision needs. All of the people I have encountered up front are great, especially Mira, Mary, and Ali. Honestly, I feel the frames and lenses prices are sometimes a bit too high but the service from the doctor and the salespeople make it totally worth it. :)

This place is horrible almost ever time I go, last time they forgot I was in the room waiting for a doctor. ZERO communication between staff at this place. Lenses are much, much less expensive at Costco. Oh, and they have lost my file about 3 times over the last couple years. Pathetic.

Very arrogant service, staff feels like they are giving for free. My wife had exam and made glasses at this place. Lot of disturbance in the site. Either of the one is wrong either exam conducted or glasses made. Staff is not listening to our concerns at all.
