I recently purchased a product (hair) that was flawed/faulty whack not usable it was nothing at all what the picture looked like. I brought it back the same day. They refused to refund or exchange/replace the flawed product that was purchased out of their store. I was told i would have to contact the manufacturers who made the hair.Something literally dropped in my gut ...i dont feel its my responsibility to chase them down SK BEAUTY SUPPLY are the ones i gave my money to and they purchased that hair from the manufacturers to sale to customers. False advertising is what it is they are selling lies and customer/consumers are buying these lies unknowingly. Thats the way i felt when i bought Bad hair & also got bad customer service in return. What kind of message is this sending...that we can spend our money a business can take our money and we get nothing in return, because thats what i got nothing....lost my money and a product thats not usable. I just want my money back or the service i paid for!

Bad experience. Will not return. I was quoted one price on an item. Once I decided to purchase the item. The price changed from $19.99 to $49.99...Spoke to manager tried to say employee was new quoted wrong price. Like I tried to explain to the manager thats bad business to quote a price on an item to get customer interested then increase by more than twice the price quoted.
