Really great place! The groomer is a very sweet lady who, you can tell, cares very deeply for animals. She did an amazing job and paid close attention to detail. However, I noticed that the man who works there isnt very patient with the dogs. I could hear him yelling at them to shut up when they were barking (which obviously doesnt work) and just a general tone of impatience in his voice when commanding the dogs to do something. This bothers me because I dont want to hear someone talking to my dog (or any dog) that way when they arent doing anything wrong besides just being a dog. It makes me question if he gets rough with dogs that dont listen. I believe that working with animals requires patience and he did not show that. Anyway, everything else was good and I recommend getting your dog groomed here because the service was top notch.

My pups stayed there for 4 days and I cannot tell you how happy I was with their care. My pups are my kids and I am extremely picky about who watches them! The first thing I noticed was how clean and quiet it is! The rooms are big and theres only like 6 of them! The space feels roomy and homey, and the staff was just super friendly! I texted with staff while I was gone and was sent pictures and video everyday! They were both groomed and looked like a million bucks when I picked them up! It was so clear that they had a great time and I am so incredibly grateful for both the quality of service and care, as well as the affordability and professionalism of the staff! Thanks guys!

We took all 3 dogs here in December for boarding and Grooming. The owners are so nice! They even sent us a video while we were away of our babies playing in the back. Prices are comprable to all other boarding here in Jacksonville and the quality of their grooming is second-to-none. They even sent home some Christmas cookies for the dogs. You will not be disappointed this place really loves animals

Awesome!! We tried so many groomers and have finally found a keeper!! They do a fantastic job with my two Westies. Juneau and Periwinkle always look perfect after a groom at Lubas. They are not easy dogs to manage, but Lubas does a fantastic job working with them. We love Lubas!!!!

Amazing place! My little yorkie loves Luba!!! He feels calm and relaxed at her salon and boarding! Not only does she listen to all your requests but goes above and beyond to please you and your furry friend. Big thanks to Luba and her husband!

Ive had my dogs groomed for about 20 years, and this is the best cut Ive ever had a dog get. Pleasant folks, and my pup didnt mind being there. They have boarding and day care. I really like that there is a picture window to the grooming area.
