Very poor customer service. Ive never in 17 years of business have a experience like the one Ive had here. I ordered materials on the 24th of august and paid for them on the 26th of august. I received a call from cash on the 31st asking what color I wanted for my wall cap. They originally told me 10 days fromantic the time I ordered I would have my materials. I called the manufacturer from where cash purchases their stone and they verified that my stone was not ordered on the date I paid. So after putting off a job for 3 days and couldnt wait any longer I tried to get a refund and I was lied to by office staff saying that they couldnt refund my money because it was a special order but when I originally ordered they had the same materials in stock just not the amount I ordered. I only wanted refunded because I couldnt drag my feet any longer on a job that is 2 hours from where I live. So if anyone ever ordered from cash make sure you dont expect a refund from their neglect to order materials when they were paid for.

Totally disagree with the bad reviews listed below Ive done business here for many years and the staff has always been very helpful knowledgeable and friendly theyre always willing to help me with projects from getting the materials I needed or finding them for me. Ive even been given small orders of brick before when I had a small repair definitely a masons go to spot for masonry needs. Wide selection of brick and supplies and never not once been rude. Please disregard the 2 negative reviews these people definitely do not deserve them

Terrible customer service, took the time to match bricks for a client with the showroom display. You couldnt see the face of the bricks they loaded and they turned out being the wrong brick. Turns out you cant return bricks so Im stuck with the wrong bricks and an unhappy customer. 100/10 will never patronize these people again.
