First off Ive never experienced customer service in a pawn shop like this ever before. Everything was explained to me in detail regarding how obtaining a loan works, payments, the amount of time you have to reacquire your pawned items and tips should you not be able to pay the entire loan back at one time to reduce the interest. I mean this was absolutely astonishing to me. I felt as if I was in a first class retail boutique rather than a pawn shop, which carries the stigma of being unsavory. My first payment was coming due and I actually received a little red post card in the mail from them reminding me of it!!!! WOW! I was dumbfounded. This place, the staff, the customer service and the manner in which they conduct business should be the model for all retail businesses especial other pawn shops! A1=++++++

When I informed the owner that, even with 10% off the price of an item, the price was still 15% over the items retail price, and offered to show him evidence, he replied to my face that "maybe its not for knowledgeable people but for unsuspecting ones..." So if you are literate enough to read this: dont go in. He price gouges to prey off of people who dont have credit and hence have limited options. There are other fair pawns in the area anyways.

Ive dealt with and still deal with these people. They run a fair deal. I wont bring my business anywhere else. Fair deals. It is a pawn shop. Remember that. They want yr $ , BUT this place is honorable on their deals.
