People "DO NOT" go to this specific Pawnshop shop, please... walk directly across the street to the other pawn shop or drive to a different location. I was told one thing from these people but charged tremendously different from what my fine print said and was told at the counter by a worker. When showing proof to the manager in the computer system that it was their fault... he did not care and said theres nothing we can do. So I have to pay almost 70% more to get my items out. The only way I will come back there if they reimburse me that my money and change hands of management.

Experienced a minor issue and the store manager Bob helped us out unexpectedly. We received great and prompt service. Very happy with my new item and its all thanks to BOB for upholding his great customer service. If you ever have a problem Bob is the go to guy. He will make everything all right, very funny guy who just wants everyone to be happy. I will always come back to this store. They took a chance on me back in October for giving me more than I thought I can get. Great experience overall. Thank you BOB.

I talked to a lady on the phone and she was rude. Her tone of voice wasnt happy. I waited patiently for her to find my name in the system then after she wanted to rush me to give her an answer. Good store but poor service from that one lady. Unappreciative.

Very rude they rushed me out of the store wean they found out i had a Michigan id wasnt going to take there lock off my gun or let me take it apart to put it back in the box
