There was a minor discrepancy in some information I received from For Eyes, however, the staff at the Pines location was very kind and not only helped clarify, but also went above and beyond to rectify my dissatisfaction. Donna specifically at this location made sure to leave no stone unturned in satisfying me as a customer. I can truly say I will be a customer for life because of the effort and zeal in the customer service I received.

The service we received when we went for the actual eye exam and to pick out the frames was excellent. However, when we went to pick up the glasses the girl who assisted us didnt really know what she was talking about.
