If I could rate lower I would I had done tons of research looking for a new phone. I had called many places and was given multiple quotes which I had written down word for word. Decided to give this place a call as it popped up on my search with great reviews. WELL not anymore. Called the store and was hung up on at first and then called again and asked for a quote on the iPhone 6S Plus (64gb) they said they had them in stock and gave me an estimate which I wrote down with the number as well as the address. The next day (today) I got off work which I only have one free night a week and drove an hour to this location. After entering I was greeted and I had mentioned the call I had made the day prior after poorly showing my the phone unable to connect to wifi I asked them the price and was told more than I was told over the phone. After the man behind the counter told me he would match the quoted price then took back his words and told me the price was firm because the EMPLOYEE I spoke with on the phone the day before quoted me wrong. After this I asked for a number to call for an owner which they would not give me. They are trying to cover their tracks but I will post until I am heard because this store is the definition of low quality scamming. Do not come here. Do not waste your time. They will make you drive an hour and not honor their quotes.
