Went to the Florida Mall location to purchase shoes for all three of my adult children. Salesperson reluctantly went in the back to see if the shoes I wanted were in stock. When he came back to say they werent I asked for help and he flippantly said those are black, those are black, those are black. He then turned his back on me to flirt with the girl at the gum ball machine. I stood and waited for him 5 minutes and he wouldnt even acknowledge me. Vans got the $300 sale, and you have lost a customer.

There is a big choices of skechers locations in Orlando where you can go instead of this one that located at Florida mall to recieve pleasant customer services that you deserve. Sharlie at the desk was not nice not even with us her customers but even rude with her co workers.
