I stop by this shop every time I go to vortex. Its convenient because of its location. My last visit on Thursday 19 Jan has me put off a little. The man with the gray beard was kind and friendly, but the younger man behind the register was not. I was looking at the blackburn bags and was trying to find one that for my bike,but they didnt seem interested in helping me. BIGGEST ISSUE: My friend asked them about a problem he had with his bike. One gentleman took his bike and started working. He took off the tire and said the screw was bent and he couldnt fix it. He charged him about $15 to do that. Something he could have told us before hand. My local shop here in orlando always discusses charges before work. Long story short, we left the shop with no bag, no answers for the bike, some gel shots, a waterbottle I liked and $30 lighter. I might have to check out other shops in the area.

The folks at Greenway Bicycles have brought a new, higher level of customer service to the biking community in Santos / Ocala. It is, by far, the friendliest bike shop in town! The employees are kind, courteous and really know their stuff ! You know, my friends might ride junk...but at least theyre out riding - and now they can get their bikes fixed at Greenway without any BS or being left with the feeling that theyre inferior for not riding a certain bike. I will continue to support Greenway Bicycles for the years to come...F the rest.

Great shop. Dont let the size fool you into thinking that you should not stop. They know their stuff and have ALL the local knowlege. Fantastic place to demo too being a stones throw from Santos trailhead across street. If your at Santos, The Vortex, or Land Bridge its the place to pull in for your riding needs. Most recently called them 20 min after closed and was able to get a chain and install for a 25 mileR the next day. Stop in and have a beer with them...its a good place, and they have a nice selection.

What a great place to ride a bike!! Several trails for different riding styles! Good for beginners as well as pros! There is a mini trail with small ramps and rocks right at the parking lot - its a good idea to warm up little bit. Great experience, affordable price! Got myself a full suspension mountain bike for $50 for the whole day! (GP Verb. Not listed in price list for some reason) very happy with my experience. Will definitely be back. Thank you Jessie!!!

What else can I say, I had a really good experience with Greenway Bicycles. I was visiting from California on a trip and brought my mountain bike out with me to play around a little bit. I asked to get my front forks serviced after my first ride out here. T.J. not only knocked it out, but treated my bike with priority and prompt attention. Thanks for getting this done right away and allowing me to enjoy the rest of my trip! A big shout out to you guys!

I took my first trip up to the Santos trails, and stopped in Greenway Bicycles, right across the street from the trailhead. Friendly group runs the place, they pumped up my tires for free and gave me free maps of the trails. I stopped in after my ride (excellent trails, by the way!) and bought a 6-pack of excellent import beer. They do not only know everything about bicycles, but also how to pick good beer! Will definitely make this a regular trip!

What a great bike shop! I have never been to a bike shop where every employee was so helpful and happy to be there. Great location, great mechanics and great bikes. Got my Niner there and couldnt be happier. I highly recommend that you check them out - they are worth the drive if you dont live in the area. And along with the great service, they have a great selection of beer too!!!

Dan and his crew are top notch. They are all friendly, and knowledgeable. When I started riding I had an embarrassingly cheap bike from Walmart that didnt shift or stop properly. I brought it to them and they sorted it out for me. Many bike shops are snobs when it comes to low end bikes, but at Greenaway they are just happy to see people showing interest in the sport.

Great shop! Really great shop if you are camping at Santos. Beer bikes ice and firewood what else does a MTBer need. They went above and beyond to try to help me with a broken bike part. With no luck but some shops would not even try. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and more so if you are at Santos already.

Seems like a nice bike shop with friendly employees but there are dogs in the shop... Dont bring your own dog because they are Not dog friendly pooches.
