Doctor Stam is one of the best optometrists Ive used. He is easy going, knowledgeable, patient, and so on. I got glasses with him, and it was smooth. Then I got contacts with him, and I am super squeamish about putting contacts in my eye. He did my exam right, and was helpful and patient in coaching me to get my contacts in. He set up a follow up visit, which ended up being included in my initial cost, to make sure my prescription was right. He took 5 minutes to quickly determine that my prescription should be adjusted before he issued it.

Consistently good customer service! I have enjoyed the value & selection available at Walmart stores for many years. Most would rate adequate to poor when it comes to getting assistance. This particular location has staff throughout the store who surprised me several times with attentiveness & follow-through, even on the day when I was accompanied by a particularly difficult fellow shopper. Most recently, Carrie in the jewelry department went the extra mile in fulfilling my needs - thank you!!

The staff was not very helpful. They ignored me when I asked for help. I went to pickup my new frames a week later to find out that I would have to come back in another week to pick them up. Apparently the person that helped me out originally put the wrong prescription on the order. The pricing is very good if you can find the frames you want. I would not however shop here again due to the awful services, long wait, and lack of variety.

Dr. Stam is knowledgeable, professional & friendly! I got an eye exam, contact fitting & new contacts. Great prices & great service! The lady at the front desk that deals w/ the insurance companies, takes care of scheduling & pretty much runs the office is so nice, helpful & professional! Thank you for your great service. I will recommend you to friends/family & military personnel. They take tricare too!
