Very rude, I repeat very rude! My wife and I had been looking to purchase a high end dinning room set. We stopped in after having worked out at the YMCA. We were ignored until I turned over a chair to study its construction (a very important factor in assessing quality). Shortly thereafter we were scolded like school children and very rudely treated; by who turned out to be the owner. I have visited many furniture stores and have always examined the construction of the chairs, and have been encouraged to do so by reputable stores. I have learned from others my experience is not uncommon. I am pleased to say we did find the set we were looking for elsewhere. I would encourage people not to patronize a place that treats people the way this business does.
