My boyfriend and I went to just browse at mattresses without knowing for sure what we wanted. The overall expierence was so great. A woman named Lori was assisting us and she definitely went above and beyond! She was so helpful, knowledgeable and fun. We were able to pick up our mattress right at that location in just two days! Our new mattress is perfect perfect for us and I would definitely Mattress Firm in Middletown for your mattress needs.

Spent 2 and a half hours there the first night because of slow service, 2 failed deliveries with stuff either missing or ruined, they said they made sure the delivery trucks had everything but still ended up missing something, didnt tell us until the night before the 3rd delivery that one of the beds is on back order. Absolute horrible and stressful experience.
