I am DISGUSTED by the staff of this old navy. I went in around Christmas to do some last minute shopping. I brought some coupons that I had received in the mail. The cashier could not figure out how to put the coupons into the register. Then she told me that she didnt know how so I couldnt use them. I asked to speak to a manager. The assistant manager, Kathy, came over and basically told me that she didnt have time at the moment to train her employees on how to use the register so she wouldnt let me use the coupons. I tried to remain calm and continued to be pleasant and I just said how I did not understand how they could send out coupons that they wouldnt show employees how to use. Another assistant manager, Julia, came over and was even more rude than Kathy. Julia did not even know what the situation was and instead of asking what the problem was, she jumped to the conclusion that I was trying to use a coupon that was expired and she said rudely to me "YOU SHOULD LEARN HOW TO READ." I was shocked that someone would speak to me like this without even knowing the situation at hand. She continued to make more and more rude assumptions and I was trying to hold back tears at this point. I was tired of being harassed and took my coupons and left the store. As I was leaving, I asked the greater who the store manager was and If Kathy or Julia was the store manager - the girl had no idea who they were. Apparently the employees are just generally not informed. I will definitely not be returning to this Old Navy again. Its really sad to see a place I used to enjoy going to have employees and management that treat customers so poorly.
