This place had everything I needed for my Christmas shopping. The restrooms were not great at all. If they dont have a cleaning crew then they should definitely hire one. Dirty diapers and tissue on the floor. Toilet seats had pee on them and Etc... Ive been to other Burlington Coat factories in RI and I can say that there restrooms smell and are clean.

Great deals. Check out went well until I was told about the chance to win a 1000.00 gift card if I complete the survey on the receipt. The cashier told me to fill it out and that they prefer highly satisfied. I told her she just made me highly unsatisfied by telling me how to rate my experience.

If there were a negative ten rating option that would have been my choice. Messy, smelly are the top two words that come to mind. Ive been there twice, both times I got frustrated at the appearance of this shop. In my opioning, It is not up to par with other burlingtons I shopped.

Very wide selection of dress, casual and sportswear. Items are of high quality, and the prices could not be better. I dont usually do reviews but I had to. Its the best coat factory Ive been to, in fact, its one of the best stores. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

I bought a pair of sneaker there and the same day the soles became undone! I went back the next day with my receipt and shoes in the box and they refuse to exchange them. The store manager was very rude! Very poor customer service.
