The butcher area is disgusting. I went in to buy carne asada and the butcher was giving me gross old brown looking steaks. I told him I want nice red steaks. Well the nice red steaks were on top covering the old steaks and they were giving folks the old crap. Called the manager to sort this out. Another instance I went to their taqueria and ordered a couple of tacos, had some salsa and onions from the little salsa bar. Went home and had the runs bad!!! Turns out the salsa and onions were old. I complained to the counter lady that she should throw it away and told me that she would but the manager told her "that would be wasteful". She was ordered to cut up more onions and mix it in with old onions. Same with old salsa, she had fresh salsa and dumped it in with old salsa, gross! Buying groceries here is actually expensive compared to other supermarket chains. That was the last time I shopped at this garbage supermaket. 0 Stars

If I can give them zero stars I would. Last week I made a cake order I spoke with the store manager and 2 employees on the bakery department I explain them how I wanted the cake made and decorated, I beg them to have it ready just the way I mentioned yet, on Sunday that I pick up the cake it was wrong made and it was wrong decorated. Im furious because its the 3rd time they fail to do the cake right, I warn them now that I want my money back because after each tries they continue failing its only fair to get my money back so I can take my business elsewhere, the sad part is that Store management refuses to do any refund or take fault of their mistake. I will suggest to anyone to go somewhere else if its a special cake, they have no imagination nor do they care for your business. .

I think this might be the store where you can spend half than what you would spend if you go to another place. The vegetables and the fruits are all so fresh, and the prices again, unreal. To improve: they need to have a larger variety of vegetables. They never have kohlrabi, and they need to have some of their staff who speak English. I asked someone where they keep the lemons, and he told me that they dont have just because he wanted to get rid of me. Nevertheless I will try to do most of my grocery shopping here.

Store is "ok" but some items were out of place, with wrong price under, and the guy who pack our stuff, did it wrong!! Ice cream got squash, all broken, and in really bad shape, got into all the other items, have to wash everything! Meat got put under potatoes so spilled in the carpet of the Car! He make a big mess with our groceries! Not cool! So if you go there, be careful to check prices, and how they pack your stuff!!

The place was horrible, uncleniness says it all. The technician are not properly trained and their nail polish are worn out and have to be tossed out. They add acetone to their nail polishes which causes them to thin out. Im surprised they have been sited because there tools are not sterilized.

This place serves you the worst pozole. Bought some to go & they put 2 whole garlics a big pig foot that was so hard when everyone knows pig has to be cooked right & to top it off it had a hair in it. Wouldnt recommend anyone to buy pozole there

I normally hate this chain of supermarket. But this particular location is clean, well staffed, smells decent, and is always well stocked. Their staff is nice, and helpful (except the bakery department, they are rude)
