Good cause, clean well organized store, but over the years the prices have skyrocketed so high hat its no longer fun to shop here. I way prefer Rescued Treasures right across the street in the Caspers lot which has 3x the space, better quality items and super reasonable prices. I dont even stop in at the hospice store anymore. The last 3 times I went I walked out empty handed and really turned off by the gouging they are doing in their pricing. Where a new pair of shoes would be $12 -$15 at RT it would be $40 -$50 here. Crazy. Just cause its Walnut Creek doesnt mean every customer can afford to pay retail.

$35 for used men shirt,$43 for old shoes,picture prints $54 old women shoes $48 no returns/exchange either.All in the name of god,help the needy,we care,etc...it certainly gives you a stronger faith going to these places.These are professionally operated boutiques who hide behind the veil of special causes that prays on mostly elderly to come spent their money.Buyer beware!

Parking is the biggest issue. I take my donations there and always look around, usually finding something. I have not ever noticed prices like the other reviews implied. Could they be from the competition? Not to mention East Bay Hospice is a great cause.
