If I can give this store a negative star, I will. Came to this store feeling happy, but now I feel like I dont even want to come back to this store ever again. I tried to buy something and ask the lady from the front desk if she can help me because it needs keys to open and get what I needed, I have been waiting there for about 10 minutes and decided not to get it, but when I was walking towards the register, she was just there and no customer waiting on her. Guess what? SHE FORGOT!!!! But thats ok... She started to scan the stuff that I wanted, but then the prices are different from the price that are listed on the sign, then she said she can only check the price if there are no customers on the the line because she cannot leave the register at all and told me shes alone and theres no one there to help her, but the problem here was theres always customer one after the other, and still shes not doing anything about it. I am a paying customer and I have been waiting there for I dont know how long. It took me about 40 minutes from the moment I enter the store and left without anything on my hands because I didnt get the help that I needed.

The women that work in the pharmacy are wonderful ! They always remember me and are extremely helpful ! I live closer to another store and I would rather drive to the Sonoma Blvd store. Stacy is amazing and the other ladies and great. They work very hard to make sure their customers are happy no matter how many people are waiting.

Ugly, dirty, empty place. Always looks like its on the verge of bankruptcy. Pharmacy has a couple a few competent people but so many, many times my orders were not ready. I finally gave up after losing hours, no days, of my life on hold. The looped Liberace music will eventually drive you insane. Close that blighted mess.

Nice place, a little pricey, but they let you use the bathroom its big enough for a wheelchair or even another person that may assist a person in a wheelchair.. Its clean and it has lots of space to move around they also always have sales on items,, and the pharmacy is cool as well.

This store is a dump, every time I come here something doesnt work, I came for passport pictures and the camera was broken, came for moneygram today and what do you know its out of order. Fix the damn store
