I went to the Valencia Town Center location. Chelsea helped me with my appointment. I came in to confirm that sample contacts I tried for a week were the right Rx, and I was also interested in purchasing new lenses for a pair of frames I already owned. Chelsea was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and patience. She answered all of my questions, didnt try to push any extra sales on me after I told her what I wanted, and made my visit personally tailored to my needs. Dr Elsa Chow was prompt during my check-up, answered my questions, and helped me make the right decision for my eye care. I may come back next month just to pick up some awesome frames I saw while I was there, but Im happy with the Prada ones I already have. Only took them 1 hour to pop my new Rx lenses into my frames and I was on my way. I live 45-60 min from this location, but the service keeps me coming back. Thank you, Chelsea! Thank you, Dr. Chow!

The doctor was super nice and the Aliyah was friendly and super nice. The reason why Im giving this place a star is because everyone kept telling me that my insurance would cover my eye exam and I told the person in the front that I went to Walmart to pay $50 to get my eyes checked and they told me to go to lens crafters to get an eye exam because they take my insurance... lens crafters charged me $70 for my eye exam the staff shouldve been clear about the cost instead of lying to me and telling me that its covered. When people say oh its covered that usually means I have to pay the copay not $70 this is the last time Im ever going to go to lens crafters its a complete rip off and I shouldve just gone with Walmart. Seriously I just graduated from college and its not like I have all of this money to throw away. Really disappointed in the staff here.
