I too got ripped off by this Scam. I ordered several pairs of frames and paid by Paypal now three years ago. All Ive ever gotten is lies and excuses. I also got caught in their scam to string the buyer along past six month, losing my ability to get my money back through PayPal or my credit card. Im sure my frames will be arriving any day now....NOT! Stay away. If you want excellent quality Arnels, Google: "Julius Tart Optical Enterpise". These are top quality frames made in Japan. That company is being run by Julius Tarts nephew.

If You decide to send money to Tart Optical (David Hart) send by PayPal. Because you WILL NOT receive your eye wear and then you can get your money back from PayPal. Make sure you file a claim with PayPal within 180 days of purchase. Tart Optical will try to hold you out pass 180 days (make excuses) so they can keep your money and not deliver.

DO NOT BUY anything from this company. i made a purchase in june 2015 and they never filled my order, they wont refund my money, they wont respond to my emails and phone calls. I have had nothing but a great experience in receiving my glasses I even requested a special blue tint on my lenses and came back just as I envisioned. The packaging case is superb very high end. I will definitely be back and will refer to my many friends. Thank you Tart!!!!!!

Beware!! Fraud!!! David at Tart Optical took $300 cash from my son and never delivered the glasses. He lied to him for months and kept his money. Very unfortunate and I hope others dont get scammed by him. My son worked hard and saved his money to buy these glasses.

My dealings with Tart have been the best for me. The company and its people have been fair and upfront with me. The frames I purchased were the Bryan and the FDR model. And I have been pleased with my purchases and plan on purchasing more in the near future.

Tart optical is the best place to buy eyewear. Ive been a customer for years and the service is great. I got my frames fast and easy. The owners are nice and have also delivered expectional quality frames. And I am also happy with my frames when I get them.

Complete Fraud. Put in an order and they said that their manufacturer in Italy was delayed. Did that for six months and never heard from them again. DO NOT DO any business with these people. They are also listed as bad in the BBB directory.

I am not sure why theyve been allowed to take money from people. They took my $350 and never delivered the item. I do not have the time/money to go after these thieves, but they should be reported for what they are.

Ordered a couple frames. After four days I received the package here in Germany. Super fast and awesome communication.
