Dr. Keating has been treating me for more than ten years. Whe I first came to him his staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. Keating took all the time nescesary to explain my condition and what steps will follow to treat it. He recommended additional procedures when they were necessary. I have been under his care ever since and I will continue to go to him. He has been very helpfull and very positive with his treatment. I totally recommend him.

very rude receptionist. was a new client making an appt. and got nothing but attitude after i made the appt. and she cut me off as i was talking and said "okay bye" and hung up. you could tell by her tone it was very intentional. plan on calling the office manager tomorrow.

I just called to make an appointment and was treated very nicely. Im primarily posting this review in response to the previous one, because it seems irresponsible to give a doctor a one star review based on a bad experience with a receptionist.
