If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I decided to try them instead of the smaller local eye doctor Ive been going to and I can now say that it was a horrible decision. The doctor himself was friendly and helpful, but the customer service is the worst I have come across. Simply trying to get this place to fax my prescription to another store took about 5 or 6 separate phone calls of having to deal with poor attitudes which STILL resulted in the other store never receiving my prescription. On top of that the staff was rude and unhelpful when I was getting my exam in the first place. I normally dont write reviews but the service was bad enough for me to do so on this one, hopefully I can save a couple of people the trouble of having to deal with this mess.
