This office is so disorganized. I made an appointment for my daughter on a Saturday. When we came in, we were told that there was a scheduling error and no Doctor was present that day. Mistakes happen so I made another appointment but they were booked so I went for 2 weeks later but requested to be called if any appt opens up that following Saturday. Christine called and left me a vm saying to call back asap as they cant hold it. I called back that evening and left them a message that Id like the appt, IF STILL AVAILABLE. I called again the next day but Summer told me they mustve filled it. I wait for my appt then called 2 days prior to confirm. Amy tells me that my appt had been switched the week prior to the cancellation. As I explained that someone should have confirmed that I got the cancellation, she proceeded to argue with me, stating that my voice message said that I wanted the cancellation if it was still available so they automatically switched my appointment. Hah! Am I to assume that I got the cancellation? Even though Christine said that they cant hold it for me? My daughter needs her annual exam and wanted to start school with new contacts so very badly. Now Ive wasted almost 1 month dealing with Optometrics poorly operated front desk. I have to find a new Doctor and only 2 weeks to do so. I was a client of this facility myself. Good job Optometrics, you lost 2 customers as I would not trust my eyesight or that of my daughters in the hands of such incompetence.

This place made it so easy to get the frames I wanted. The exam process was completely thorough and fast, after dilation they took excellent pictures, multiple copies which were viewable on what looked like brand new, state of the art equipment. We looked at and went over multiple super-high resolution images of the back of my eye-balls and the doctor went over every detail quite thoroughly. It was reassuring to hear Dr. Chriqui say my eyes were healthy and in good shape. It was a breeze to pick out frames after the exam, I think no less than 3 employees brought me over 20 pairs of frames in less than 15 minutes and helped me narrow down the choices quickly. I ended up getting two different pairs, both new high end designer frames which looked great. I got most of the options, polycarbonate,anti-glare, transistion lenses, etc and they were able to discount both pairs by like 25% + . Totally recommend this place, they knocked it out of the park!

Traditionally I have always gotten my prescription somewhere and ordered frames online until a friend recommended Dr. Chriquis office. I left extremely impressed with the office! The girls greated me right when I walked in and they were so friendly the whole time. During my appointment, I saw machines that I have never even seen before. They were able to measure how much bad light my eyes take in and even told me how my body was processing nutrients. In the exam Dr. Chriqui was very thorough and she really took her time with me. I then was able to check out their selection of glasses and was very impressed on the variety they offered. I left with one pair of regular glasses and one pair of sunglasses. I am for sure going to be sending all my friends and family here!

Our family have been patients here for approximately 15 years. Dr. Chriqui is a very caring doctor who makes her patients health her primary concern. Her staff is knowledgeable & helpful and Summer she, is AWESOME!!!. They also have the latest styles in frames to select from, offer the latest/newest services and product available and the office uses the latest in technology for many aspects. They know their patients by name and make everyone feel welcome! Give them a try and you wont regret it!
