I call them today 5.15 pm girl name karina I told her I Wana order contact lenses for my litle girl shend put me on hold then she hangup on me call again she answer and ask me my name and all the information and I give it to her and then she hangup on me again so all I want it was to make a order anyways then they ask wy clients dont go back to their stories no more and go to another company KARINA pathetic customers service never go whit her she will ruin your day.......change eye clinic better thats what Im going to do .........

We had exams and obtained new glasses here about three months ago. We had friendly customer service, and when I told them our budget they helped us to find glasses that we could afford. The Doctors did very good exams, and I am used to getting my exams done at Cedar-Sinai, so I know top-notch service. I have very fussy eyes, I get headaches if a prescription is off by 0.003, and they got the lenses done correctly on the first shot. I have no idea why folks are ragging on this office, but they did fine by us.

Do NOT go to this store, Totally incompetent. In the space of two visits the cost of the glasses doubled to over $1200.00 They are not trained to provide eyeglasses, or eye care. I was told the problem was that the technician had "only been the for six months".. at least they released the frame number for me to order elsewhere..

I bought my new glasses here and paid a lot of money for a really low quality product, my lenses broke within days for no reason, I went back and they wanted me to pay the whole amount again for the same lenses. Ridiculous! If you want to spend a lot of money for bad quality glasses go to this location.

Terrible customer service and information. I work with traveling and had to get an eye exam to get my prescription for contact lenses while traveling, but never received anything. No contact lenses, no refund, no help, no good service - Only paying for an eye exam for no reason.

This place is horrendous I would give no stars if I could, they have pathetic customer service, they are very rude and no actual doctor just a bunch of "technicians" . Ridiculous do not spend your money getting anything here it will be a waste of you money
