Slow, slow, slow! Ive tried to stop in for coffee on my way too work several times in the past and every time the line is out the door. After waiting for an eternity, I will finally get my coffee (which is always delicious). Parking sucks. There is also minimal seating at best so dont plan on finding a place to work on your lap top. There are times that they are so slow that I have to leave without my coffee after standing in line for 20 min so Im not late for work.

Staff is very friendly and comforting. The manager always makes the drinks with love. Shes the one with the exotic flower on her hair. I love coffee and the mocha frappachino. Community is great as well. If you havent gone to this Starbucks dont wait...........go now!!!!

Very nice Starbucks. Centered in the quaint small town feel of Sierra Madre. All walks of life congregate here to mellow out and soak up the charm of this town. Staff is super friendly but a little slow.

I went in at 1:30 to order a bold blend and was told that they only have pike place after noon. I have never been to a Starbucks with this policy. The service was slower than at other locations as well.

This is the best starbucks I have been in in a while its has a fun and friendly staff and my order finished quickly Id come back for sure even if the parking was a little rough

Place gets very busy between 9 and 10 a.m. on Saturdays but they are pretty efficient
