I will never go back to this store again. I walked into the store and walked around for 5 minutes without a single employee saying a word to me. They were all too busy sitting around a table in their little gossip circle or whatever to be bothered with a customer. I came into the store excited because i love going to shops i havent seen. I was also planning on buying a new mod. But instead i left empty handed and pissed off with how incredibly unproffessional the staff is. I will never recommend this store to anyone. This was the first vape shop ive been to in california and i would rather drive an hour to find a better shop than to go to this store which is down the street from where i live

Not sure if they understand customer service. For Example - Having a coffee shop in store still cant cover up the pompous attitude standing behind the counter displaying the "I know more than you" ego. Not to mention very small selection on both juices and mods. If he doesnt carry something hell give you some BS reason why.

Walked in and should have just walked out. No one cared to talk to me at all. The one employee I did speak to couldnt take the time to look up from his phone to answer my question and just ignored me. Could not believe the level of rudeness I felt in this store. Will never return (obviously).

Cool place, nice people how ever i went to a cloud comp and they are not organized at all with it. They were going to let us use our own juice and they didnt check builds. I was told it was .10 ohm or higher but they never looked so i could have gone in with a sub ohm build and kicked ass.

The staff is very knowledgeable, very nice, and you get a free coffee with an order of more than $30 worth of vape stuff (I may be off on the price). Also the coffee girls really know their stuff, and always remember my usual drink, even if I havent been in in a long while.

Good coffee, great e-liquid selection, decent hardware selection. Knowledgeable staff. Location is upstairs above a smoke shop and next to a tattoo parlor.. to enter the vape shop, walk into the coffee bar and hang a right.

Got a great setup from these guys. A one of a kind. Cant describe the extent of the excellence of customer service(info on cleaning techniques, builds and overall maintaince). You saved my life c3. Lol but for real.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPIERIENCE. all customers and management are rude and unresponsive, uselesss workers, useless managment, worst experience i have ever had in any retail enviroment.
