I have been going to this parts store for over a year. I was living in Santa Clarita and was happy to find a parts store that was run like they were in the old days, where the people who worked there actually knew about cars and the parts they sell for them. I moved about 40 miles away and still continued to go to Bouquet Auto for my parts. Recently I wanted to change out my headlights on my Jeep Wrangler; the stock bulbs just didnt cut it while driving through the canyons at night. I stopped in to see what my choices were on my way home one day and was told about an HID conversion kit. They even said they would install it for me. Why not? These guys have been great to me. I left a super happy camper, thinking- man you just dont get service like this anymore. Well, things went wrong the very next day when one of the headlights just quit working. 3 more trips to the store, where 3 different employees tried everything they could to trouble shoot the problem and came up empty handed. The last time I was there they took the ballast out and tested it, changed the bulb, voltage tested my truck. All checked fine. I left with both headlights working and 3 miles down the road the one light went out again. It has been intermittent every since. Today I went by before work to switch the HIDs out to a regular set of bulbs. Imagine my surprise when the guy behind the counter, says to me "that will be $71.99". I asked him why I was being charged again, when I wanted to exchange the bulbs for the faulty kit they sold me. He says matter of factly, "no returns on electrical parts". Mind you, he was one of the employees who attempted to fix my headlights. They sold me a kit that didnt work from the get-go. They installed them and NO RETURN? Would have been nice to know this policy when they were sold to me, nobody mentioned a thing about them not being returnable. I asked him if he was joking, and he says no. So I left and told them I would take my business elsewhere. Another man in the store tried to stop me as I was walking out, perhaps he wanted to make it right, I will never know. Because I was done wasting my time there. I had been more than patient, never once got angry with them on my 3 other trips to the store to fix the problem, I just wanted headlights that worked. I will never buy my parts from Boquet Auto again. And that makes me sad, because I really thought these guys were better than all the rest.

Not a Good experience. Ordered a part.,l paid 2 and a half times more than I found it for online. So yes now I have a spair. My Part that was ordered took TWO WEEKS to arrive, when I was originally told itd only take a couple days. Talk abiut dropping the ball. Didnt even get a call that my part had arrived. I just happen to stop by while driving by one day. Wont ever go here again. Sorry but my high hopes for an independent auto parts store was ended the first moment it began.

Parts have always been on the shelf, if not, they get their pretty Quick. The staff is very helpful and has been able to assist with all the oddball parts Ive needed. Even Wife & Daughter friendly when I send them for parts.

Always a great experience. Very knowledgeable counter guys. I purchased a battery, (American made) they took the old one out and put the new one in, no charge. Also did not charge for putting on new wiper blades.

Stopped by the store today for spark plugs. Found a Nitrous Express display and discovered they are the only people in the SCV refilling nitrous!! Who would of thought? As always Bouquet comes thru again!!

Love these guys. Need a new headlight, theyll replace it for free. Need a new battery, theyll install it for free. Same thing for wind shield wipers.
