Well been here 20 mins looking around. Not once has anyone asked if I need anything NO there way of dealing with there customers is to keep walking circles around you till you start to get mad enough to just leave. There there job is done now they can keep.walking back and forth and pretend to straighten the shoes no one ever buys. You must sink ALOT of money in this store because its clear your not much is being sold. I call for an audit tax collector. I do have one good thing to say I really love the old building oh wait you has nothing to do with the building of it. So oops sorry I have nothing good to say

Ordered shoes on Monday the 4th. I even requested 2 day shipping. I was then quoted to receive them by Wednesday the 13th. Then after checking tracking, noticed they wouldnt be arriving till Saturday. Its been over 24 hours and no one has gotten back to me on the customer service end. Very disappointed. I am even a rewards member. Will not shop here again.

It is very hot on the last floor. Prices in my opinion are on the high side and dont include taxes, complicating unnecessarily the purchase. More often than not they dont have have sizes between 8 and 10, so you either have to choose a different model, or purchase online. Which defeats the whole purpose of having a physical store.

A shoe lovers dream!! This DSW is 4 stores of shoes, purses, wallets, socks, etc. The prices are great for designer shoes and there are always good sales throughout the year. Sometimes its hard to find my size in store but its helpful to go try stuff on and then order online.

Buyer beware. Bought a pair of shoes that fell apart the next day. They have a huge selection, but I have friends who have had a similar experience. Only good thing is how well customer service dealt with my friend when she had an issue that they resolved for her.

Several storey shop with lots of shoes. Somewhat overwhelming to choose but prices were decent. Wasnt able to find anything after half an hour and my fiance was getting allergic to the store. Perhaps a bit too dusty for him. No one came to ask if i needed help.

Some decent deals but be careful. Many of the shoes that are listed as not clearance can be found in the clearance section for half the price. I found a nice pair of trainers that were being sold full price in the store but half price in the clearance section.

Huge store with a giant selection with decent prices. Better deals and variety for womens than mens. Most men shoes are same as retail or just 2-5$ cheaper. Average sizes go very quickly. In a busy area near Union square.

Decent prices and selection. Found some things I decided to buy. It didnt feel like the air conditioning was working though. We were sweating for sure. And somewhat difficult to find your way around but otherwise good.

Really friendly staff and tonnes of shoes at discout prices. I went to go buy running shoes and found exactly what i was looking for. The staff were really helpful at helping me determine the best shoe for my needs.

So many options for shoes, and staff are very eager to help and seem to enjoy their jobs. Line was pretty long so it would have been nice to have more than 2 cashiers open but thats the only downside I experienced

3 floors filled with shoes. Great variety of brands and good prices. They also have a pretty decent clearance section. It would be nice if they had more mens shoes. The majority of the store is womens.

Sept 2014 - I always love coming to DSW for shoes. They have so many different sections and such a huge variety that I have to browse for hours. The accessories section has nice earrings.

Staff was very helpful when I couldnt find what I was looking for. The multi-story store can make finding what your looking for a bit tricky but its still a great store with great staff.

Four or five stories tall of shoes, but only half of one floor for mens shoes. Poor selection for anything other than womens shoes.
