Went here to print a few pages of black and white, which had always been $0.11 in the past and reasonable. When I went to this particular store and used the computer for about 30 seconds to initiate the print job, I was charged $1.00 for computer use + the cost of each page. This seemed ridiculous to me, but I was told it was a policy for all UPSs, so I guess its changed since Id last been. I was told that if I emailed the file instead of using their computers then it would just be the cost of printing. So the next time I looked up the email ahead of time and sent the files from my own computer. When I arrived and paid for the copies, I was again charged the extra dollar. I said that I had not used their computer, but the person insisted that I still had to pay the computer fee because that was their policy. Im not sure how UPS can advertise that they charge $0.11 for page but then actually tack on an extra dollar for a bogus computer usage fee, even if you dont use their computer.

I had a great experience here when making copies for my thesis. The staff was very, very helpful and made sure that all of my copies came out just right. I will be back if I ever have another big print project.

Good, convenient location, exceptionally polite staff and well maintained interior. Parking is a bit of a problem during busy hours so use the parking lot on the west side of the block.
