Just called to ask about a prescription. I asked the person on the phone if they had a prescription for my grandma. She asked for my name. Even though I just said the prescription was for my grandma. She puts me on hold. Then comes back on the line to ask my grandmas name again. She was rude through and through. Wont be using this pharmacy ever.
