I waited on hold for a question regarding my medication & inaccurate information on its directions for over 30 minutes. I was too sick to go in again in person. When I finally got to someone they put me on hold again (cutting me off mid-greeting), then again while I told my 6 year old not to interrupt while I am on a phone call. This should not be this difficult and I have never experienced this kind of rudeness from a store. I am assuming they had a lot of customers in the stor but this is unaccptable regardless of how busy or low staffed Andre (the pharmacist) and & Iris (tech) were at the pharmacy on 8/27/15 at 9:40-10:15am. I was shocked by the way they handled themselves.

I have been on hold for 75 minutes, without someone going to help me. I should not have to be calling them anyways, there were supposed to call me back, days ago. Apparently way to busy to answer the phone or call back customers who need their medication. rude

Dan delivered and should be promoted. Apparently hes the only one who can do the passport photos at this particular location which is weird but turned out to not be a issue.
