I ordered cap 2 weeks ago. The guy told me that it will be delivered in 3-4 business days. So week after that i went to zumiez and check if my order was there and the guy told me it wasnt there yet, he even asked me if i receive a call i said no because there is no instructions in the first place. So i called after a week and a day someone said expect a call on monday but i didnt receive any calls from them. Now on its second week i called and the gentlemen said he will check but he didnt return i was put on hold for 30 mins so i put down the phone. I will try my luck to reach them again because i dont have all day to wait over the phone.but this experience tells me that im not going to do business with this store again.

THey have great clothes and shoes for all sizes and ages you can always find everything you desire and look for. The boards there are outragesly cheap. The envirnment keeps you happy and wanting to come back constantly
