For a bookstore this size, I was amazed at the incredible selection. Lots of cookbooks. Lots of history books. Lots of literature, art, photo, travel, biography -- everything. Theres a childrens section in front, and when I went in there was a group of kids sitting there quietly reading. When was the last time you saw that? The couple who runs the place is very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Ill be heading back next time Im in that part of town.

Every book Ive been wanting to get was here! The alchemist, artists way, Celestine prophesy, eat pray love, everything Marianne Williamson.. I LOVE this place. And they had a huge sale of $5 books. Made my day. And so much good spiritual energy :)

find lots of employee recommendations scattered throughout the shelves, and the selection is extremely well edited.My only issue was that the buyers taste was so close to mine that I already owned half of the books in the shop!

A precarious cavern of books, thats what Read Books is. Careful where you step: the floor dips, the aisles are narrow. I almost knocked a stack of books off a shelf on the balcony level onto awaiting shoppers below, whoops!

We love the kids section of this bookstore.We bought a cute book about a little girl that has a sloth as a pet.They have a good selection and the staff are knowledgeable.They have story time too but weve never been for it.

Nice little bookstore. If you are in the neighborhood and looking to kill time or browse, this place is cool. I admit I came in because I thought the cat who was sunbathing/sleeping by the window was too cute!!!!
